Roger Haag
Professional Summary
Roger Haag principally practices consumer, labor and employment law on behalf of employees. Prior to joining Gateway Pacific Law Group, Roger was Senior Litigation Associate at the Law Offices of Carlin & Buchsbaum, LLP where his practice spanned the full spectrum of civil rights, consumer, employment and labor law in state and federal courts. His experience includes arbitration hearings, administrative hearings, bench and jury trials and he has argued before the California Courts of Appeal. Roger finds satisfaction in holding wrongdoers and corporations accountable for their actions and securing compensation for his injured clients.
Roger served in the United States Navy and Naval Reserve. Before attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Roger was a contracting officer in the Department of the Navy and interned with the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel at the Center for Naval Analysis in Washington D.C. to identify and analyze mission redundancy at Navy shore installations as part of a study to increase the Navy shipbuilding budget.
